Founded in 2006, Holawin has been engaged in export since 2006. Our product line includes 40 kinds of tablet PCs, 30 kinds of MP3/MP4 players and USB flash drives under our own brand, Holawin.
With eight years' experience in this field, our 10 English-speaking engineers can design three tablet PCs, seven MP4/MP3 players and 10 USB flash drives per month. They have worked with famous companies including Newman and BYWIN, and can design new products according to customer requirements within 10 to 30 days. We also have 40 staff in our mold department for self open molding.
We source our main material from 100 suppliers in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong while the other auxiliary material is bought from China. Our 5,000-square-meter factory is equipped with special production machines bought from Japan. We have 10 production lines, one assembly line and four SMT machines which are utilized by our 300 workers. They produce 50,000 tablet PCs, 60,000 MP3 and MP4 players, and 100,000 USB flash drives monthly, 80 percent for export.
Our 15 QC inspectors have five years' experience. They strictly follow ISO 9001:2000 in different QC methods such as voltage and current tests, pressure tests, high and low temperature tests and drop tests. All products are inspected twice before shipment. As such, they carry FCC, RoHS, EMC, CCC, EN71 and LVD approvals. We offer one year guarantee period as well. We have a return rate of 0.5 percent for tablet PCs and two percent for other digital consumer products.
Our export markets include Brazil, France, Uruguay, the UK, Hungary, Russia, the US, Hong Kong, South America, Spain and Germany. IBM, Microsoft, Huawei, Powerpack and Amazon are some of our big buyers. We have a MOQ of 50 or 500 units of tablet PCs and 500 units of other consumer electronic products. Tablet PCs can be delivered in seven days, MP3s/MP4s in 10 days, and USB flash drives in seven days.
